Provide thought leadership in L&D area of expertise. Partner with Business Leader/Clients to address Learning and Development needs for various levels of Leadership and/or various Functional groups and roles as assigned. Ensure that L&D activities are aligned with business needs and outcomes. Partner with Business Leaders/Clients to develop and execute competency models, assessments, development roadmaps, curriculum and development plans for assigned Academies aligned with business needs and outcomes. Partner with Business Leaders/Clients to identify accurate problem statements, root causes, and effective solutions for individual, team and organizational performance issues aligned with business needs and outcomes. Partner with colleagues in all regions to ensure standardized approaches to L&D solutions are implemented as needed in all regions and that best practices are identified, shared and implemented. Apply L&D solutions to specific and critical populations or demographic groups within the company. Design, develop and deploy programming for specific roles and groups. Identify, network and manage internal and external suppliers to provide seamless solutions for development needs. Drive standardized use of L&D processes, systems, tools and templates with client groups. Promote a culture of continuous learning in YFAI, and a culture of leading-edge thinking on new approaches to organizational learning. Lead L&D strategy with overall company goals and plant needs. Supporting succession planning and identifying high-potential employees. Collaborating with managers to create career paths and professional development plans. Developing leadership, operational and technical training programs. Managing, tracking, and forecasting the L&D budget. Negotiating with external training providers and vendors. Overseeing administrative functions, such as compliance training and e-portfolio systems. Requirements 5-9 Minimum Years of Experience in Learning and Development tools. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing training programs. Deep familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
