Return to office coming soon. ** If you are outside to Guadalajara, should be willing to relocate immediately. ** Key responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Pega technology. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to optimize pega applications. Work closely with cross functional teams to integrate pega applications with existing systems and technologies. Primary skills: Proficiency in Pega application development , customization, and maintenance. Strong understanding of Pega platform features including case management, decision strategies, and ui/ux development. Experience in leading technical teams in Pega application implementations and support projects. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve technical issues in Pega applications. Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
