What you’ll do Coordinate receiving, warehousing, picking, packing, and shipping while ensuring smooth product flow from receipt to delivery. Monitor inventory and buffer levels to meet demand, avoid shortages or excess, and maintain stock accuracy through audits and cycle counts. Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and maintain product integrity and quality standards throughout handling and transport. Lead, assign, train, motivate, and evaluate logistics staff while resolving conflicts and supporting team development. Optimize warehouse space, processes, and SOPs to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and limit damage or shrinkage. Track KPIs, including cycle time, accuracy, and costs, driving continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, align with other departments, and report equipment or IT risks. Provide technical guidance and support daily operations. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry. Knowledge of assembly, maintenance, and product/line quality standards. Familiar with AIAG FMEA, CQI-8, CQC, AQP, PPAP, control plans, audits, and testing. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ESD, and key IATF clauses.
