Dealer Performance Monitoring Specialist – Zeekr & Lynk & Co We are looking for a data-driven Dealer Performance Monitoring Specialist to oversee and optimize the performance of the Zeekr and Lynk & Co dealer network in Mexico. This role plays a critical part in ensuring KPI compliance, improving dealer profitability, and enabling fact-based decision-making at the leadership level. Key Responsibilities Monitor wholesale and retail sales performance against monthly and annual targets Track dealer KPIs across sales, aftersales, customer experience, and operations Analyze lead management performance (conversion rates, funnel health, response time) Develop and maintain executive dashboards and performance reports Evaluate dealer financial performance (ROS, ROI, profitability, cost structure) Identify risks and performance gaps, providing actionable insights Support strategic planning through structured data analysis and reporting Manage SSI and Mystery Shopper programs, including action plan follow-up Validate dealer incentive calculations (quarterly variable margin) Requirements 3+ years of experience in the Mexican automotive industry (premium segment preferred) Strong understanding of dealer operations and performance KPIs Advanced Excel and data management skills Experience with dashboards, reporting, or business intelligence tools Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Fluent in Spanish and English Key Skills KPI monitoring & performance analysis Sales, aftersales & lead management analytics Financial analysis (dealer profitability) Data visualization & executive reporting Stakeholder management
