Ab Initio Infrastructure & Middleware Administrator As an Ab Initio Infrastructure & Middleware Administrator at Kyndryl, you’ll be responsible for administering, operating, and optimizing the Ab Initio ecosystem that supports high‑availability business integration and messaging platforms. You will ensure the stability, performance and reliability of middleware components that enable critical enterprise processes. You will lead installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Ab Initio CoOperating System and associated application servers, supporting data integration, messaging and orchestration workflows. Key Responsibilities Administer, operate, and optimize the Ab Initio ecosystem to support high‑availability integration and messaging services. Install, configure, and maintain the Ab Initio CoOperating System, application servers, messaging queues, and data connectors. Manage integration and orchestration flows using Ab Initio Control Center, supporting enterprise services, APIs, and authorization gateways. Control configurations, deployments, and versioning in production environments using EME (Enterprise Meta‑Environment). Monitor, troubleshoot, and analyze middleware performance to ensure compliance with SLAs and operational reliability. Required Skills And Experience 5+ years of experience supporting Ab Initio infrastructure, middleware, or enterprise integration platforms. Proven experience administering Ab Initio CoOperating System, Control Center, and related integration components. Experience managing configurations, deployments, and version control using EME in production environments. Strong troubleshooting and performance analysis skills in high‑availability middleware or integration environments. Experience following ITIL best practices for changes, patches, upgrades, and incident management. Intermediate English proficiency for technical communication and documentation. Preferred Skills And Experience Ab Initio Infrastructure & Administration training or certification. Experience integrating middleware platforms with databases and technical tools such as QueryIt. Familiarity with enterprise messaging, APIs, authorization gateways, and data integration architectures. Experience producing technical documentation, operational standards, and audit‑support materials. Exposure to regulated or SLA‑driven enterprise environments.
