Your responsibilities will include maintaining QA documentation and supporting the creation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), along with other related reports and supporting documents as needed. Main responsibilities: Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze, design, and document processes. Draft, edit, and format Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality documentation. Establish and maintain a document control system to ensure all documents are accurate, current, properly approved, and securely managed. Verify that all documentation complies with company standards and is uploaded to the designated portal. Track document revisions and maintain comprehensive master document lists. Ensure all documents adhere to company formatting requirements. Support the development of training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and compliance. Requirements What you will bring! Bachelor’s degree inquality management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalentexperience). 1-3 years of experience in a qualityassurance, document control or administrative support role preferred. Strong understanding of agriculturalor food processing operations is a plus. Visio or otherdiagramming tool desired. Documentcontrol experience. Knowledge in Quality Standards Managemet (ISO or similars). Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills; verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple projects anddeadlines. Why to join us?
