Overview NTT DATA is seeking a Corporate Development M&A Specialist Advisor to join the team in Mexico City. The role is fully global, supporting M&A transactions across North America and Asia Pacific primarily in the Technology Services sector. Responsibilities Contribute to development of M&A strategy by identifying and ideating on investment ideas and targets across the technology services space in North America and Asia Pacific. Lead the development of comprehensive financial models to assess investments, including valuation, synergy analysis via discounted cash flow (DCF), accretion/dilution, scenario, sensitivity, and ROI/IRR analysis. Manage day‑to‑day project teams across the diligence process and coordinate with cross‑functional internal teams (Finance, Legal, HR, IT) and external advisors (accountants, lawyers, bankers). Develop detailed investment evaluation materials at the executive level to support investment committee and board reviews. Support development of the deal pipeline by cultivating relationships with investment banks, private equity firms, and industry founders. Develop and maintain industry and competitive intelligence and market analysis to inform investment decisions and strategy. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Development with direct M&A experience, or in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a Big Four finance accounting firm focused on M&A transactions. Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills with significant exposure to complex transactions. Proactive, high‑ownership, self‑driven, and able to manage multiple projects in a high‑growth environment. Demonstrated analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. Master’s degree (MBA) or advanced degree in Finance, Business, or related field highly preferred. English proficiency.
