Responsibilities Provide World-Class Customer Service Take personal responsibility for customers by providing accurate and timely information regarding purchase orders received. Manage the process of customer purchase orders from order entry through shipment by consistent and accurate communication with internal and external customers. Investigate customers’ issues and seek information about their underlying needs beyond those initially expressed. Effectively communicate and take swift action to consistently exceed customer expectations, ensuring accessibility to information and assistance in resolution of issues. Committed to expanding knowledge of Fort Dearborn Company’s products, services, and solutions. Work collaboratively within the plant.
