Job Description Rockwell Automation is a global technology leader focused on industrial automation and information. We are seeking a candidate to join our Leadership Development Program (LDP), which accelerates professional growth for future leaders and technical experts. Responsibilities The LDP offers early career professionals the chance to gain experiences that enhance their professional growth while learning about the core of our Integrated Supply Chain organization. The associate will complete five six‑month rotations over three years, with the following structure: Required rotations: Operations Engineering, Plan & Materials, Industrialization, Quality or Manufacturing Engineering. Elective rotation: Strategic Sourcing or Logistics. Capstone rotation: a 12‑month plant guidance role. Throughout the program, the associate will participate in ongoing development conversations with the program manager, individualized mentoring, and challenges that increase responsibility, accountability, and visibility. They will develop skills in data analysis, project management, and people leadership. Program Scope & Additional Details The application is for a July 2026 start date. Upon graduation, LDP associates are promoted to a longer‑term role that matches their professional interests. Associates may follow an individual contributor path or, if they choose, a supervisory path by further developing people‑management skills. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Preferred Qualifications GPA of 80 out of 100 (B+) or better. Major in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Previous applicable co‑op or internship experience. Strong teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills. Excellent communication to multiple levels of the organization, including senior leadership. Ability to produce excellent work results. Location On‑site in Monterrey.
