Supply Network Planner Job Function: Supply Chain Sub Function: Deliver Excellence Category: Business Enablement/Support Location: Mexico City, Mexico The Supply Network Planner is responsible for ensuring end‑to‑end product availability for the Mexican market, balancing service, inventory, and supply constraints for the Surgical portfolio. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory network planning activities for the Mexican market. Monitor inventory levels, backorders, supply constraints and service risks. Develop supply mitigation and recovery plans with regional Supply Chain and Local Market teams. Execute short‑term and mid‑term supply planning routines. Support IBP/S&OP and Supply Review processes. Drive inventory optimization initiatives and E&O reduction. Coordinate product allocation and prioritization decisions during constrained scenarios. Partner with customer service, commercial, operations, and regional planning teams. Required Qualifications Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields . +2 years of experience in supply planning, material planning or inventory management. Experience in complex supply chain environments. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with SAP ERP/APO/IBP systems. Fluent English. Excellent communication and prioritization skills. Preferred Experience Experience in MedTech, healthcare, pharma, or surgical devices. Knowledge of import/export and LATAM supply chain flows. Power BI knowledge. Experience in constrained supply environments. Lean/Six Sigma certification. Portuguese is a plus.
