Descripción Lead the automation strategy and execution across two manufacturing sites (Mexico and the United States) Drive standardization and scalability of automation processes across both plants Manage automation projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timing, cost, and quality targets are met Oversee PLC, HMI, SCADA, and control systems integration and optimization Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, downtime reduction, and OEE improvement Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements (especially within a life sciences environment) Evaluate and implement new automation technologies and industry best practices Lead, develop, and mentor the automation engineering team Travel frequently between both locations to ensure alignment, implementation, and performance of automation initiatives Perfil buscado A successful Automation Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field) +8 years of experience in automation within a manufacturing environment Proven experience leading automation projects and technical teams Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens preferred), HMI, SCADA systems Experience with robotics, vision systems, and advanced manufacturing technologies is highly desirable Solid understanding of industrial networks and control systems architecture Experience in regulated industries is a strong plus Advanced English level required High level of adaptability, resilience, and willingness to travel frequently between Mexico and the U.S. Qué Ofrecemos Opportunity to lead automation transformation in a growing and innovative company High visibility role within the organization Exposure to cutting-edge manufacturing technologies Competitive compensation and benefits package, open to relocate candidates from other Mexican States. #J-18808-Ljbffr
