You will lead fleet maintenance operations through actions such as: Selecting, training, developing, and motivating a team of up to 25 mechanics and fabricators. Administering an operating budget of approximately $1M, ensuring cost-effective and timely maintenance. Evaluating and improving commercial garage services, inspecting the fleet's mechanical, paint, and body condition on a regular basis. Providing vendors, mechanics, and fabricators with work instructions for necessary repairs, ensuring timely completion. Reviewing and approving invoices for maintenance services and supplies, maintaining accurate records per corporate and regulatory requirements. Monitoring warranty stipulations to ensure all entitled reimbursements are received. Analyzing fleet trends and costs, recommending necessary changes to optimize performance and reduce expenses. Inspecting and accepting new vehicles and equipment, and arranging for the disposition of vehicles as applicable. Developing and implementing performance standards for mechanics and fabricators, ensuring all Ground Support Equipment is properly audited before returning to service. What are we looking for? Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Maintenance Technology, or equivalent field. Minimum 5 years of experience in preventive maintenance operations on automotive or related equipment. Strong knowledge of automotive troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques. Solid management, human relations, and communication skills with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Valid vehicle driver's license from the state of residency. All certifications and licenses required by local law must be held. Advanced English proficiency is a non-negotiable requirement for this position. Candidates must demonstrate high conversational English skills to be considered. As part of the selection process, all candidates will be required to complete a TOEIC English assessment . A minimum score is required to advance to the next stage. Candidates who do not meet the language threshold will not be able to continue in the process regardless of their technical background. What do we offer?
