Project Administrator – Mexico City As our next Project Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the project financial forecast, correct posting of actuals, managing project documentation, invoicing, and payment monitoring. Responsibilities Supports Project Manager with all administrative and financial tasks not requiring decision-making and helps to maintain the project plan Collects information for Project Manager’s decision making Monitors the project schedule (e.g., expiring S-plan milestones) and notifies Project Manager about the need to update schedules Requests additional materials/services in coordination with the PM or supervisor Monitors and updates cost forecast in SAP with actuals and incoming invoices. Ensures that revenue and cost forecasts are updated monthly and that relevant guidelines regarding forecast change approvals are followed Monitors actual costs vs. plans and reports deviations. Prepares revenue and cost plan status information for forecast reviews.
