Overview The Final Pack team focuses on packing toys of the best quality, sustaining operational momentum, and ensuring the integrity of our team to provide fun to the builders of tomorrow. The team collaborates to satisfy the needs of three main customers: Planning, Shipping and Warehouse. The position reports to the Sr Operations Manager (Final Pack) and leads a team to meet the critical metrics of the area and guarantee production plan fulfillment. The main challenges include partner management, people development, following up the tactical implementation plan, ensuring brand protection and novelty confidentiality, and collaborating with other plants to share standard processes. Responsibilities Promote and ensure the integrity of employees through safety tools implemented in the organization (e.g., proactive safety, risk place assessment, process confirmation, LOTO). Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (Product safety, QA Handbook, IMS). Know and align with customer requirements (internal/external). Connect and align Final Pack with the business strategy; ensure and maintain production plan fulfillment; optimize resources and produce in sequence. Follow up on and comply with area critical metrics. Participate in the deployment of the business strategy within the group. Execute HR processes (IDP, Merit, PRP). Provide training, feedback, monitoring, evaluation and support to shift leaders and team leaders. Analyze information for Local Consolidation and Capacity Review. Evaluate feasibility of long-term production plan compliance (3–12 months). Evaluate and support the implementation of efficiency projects. Support NPI on new technologies implementation. Drive continuous innovation across processes, reporting systems and data visualization tools. Coordinate different support areas to accomplish packing targets. Develop people across all levels, including blue-collar, blue-collar professionals and white-collar staff. Determine core team requirements, training needs, and machine capacity to support operational demands. Build team capabilities to achieve targets aligned with the long-term strategic plan; follow up and align on global initiatives. Create a work environment based on the organization’s principles and values (PULSE). Provide continuous training, feedback, monitoring, evaluation and support to shift leaders and team leaders. Support continuous improvement programs (LCI tools) and solve problems through root cause analysis and improvements implementation. Evaluate short-term production plan feasibility (0–3 months); manage QEHS integration and ensure effectiveness in the area; allocate resources for QEHS management. Provide leadership on QEHS in the area and participate proactively in QEHS initiatives. Are you up for the challenge?
