This role is critical to optimizing RAN performance, improving KPIs, and supporting high-quality mobile network delivery across multi-technology environments. Detailed Job Description As an RF Optimization Engineer, you will be responsible for end-to-end radio network optimization activities across 2G, 3G, LTE, and potentially 5G networks. You will work closely with vendor and operator teams, supporting new site launches, swaps, and ongoing network performance improvements. The position involves deep KPI analysis, parameter tuning, feature activation, and troubleshooting of worst-performing cells using Ericsson tools and platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for senior RF professionals seeking international exposure in a challenging, high-impact telecom project.
