Responsible for leading and optimizing multi - country distribution center operations, ensuring operational excellence, service quality, productivity, safety, and financial performance across multiple facilities. This role drives strategic execution , and scalable operational processes while fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsabilities: Lead end-to-end operations across multiple distribution centers, ensuring consistent execution of operational standards and KPIs. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, labor standards, company policies, and operational procedures. Monitor and analyze operational metrics, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput. Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams across all assigned facilities. Lead workforce planning initiatives to support scalability, and business growth. Manage operating budgets, financial performance, and cost control initiatives. Oversee inventory accuracy, operational audits, and compliance with customer and company requirements. Support the implementation of new technologies, automation initiatives, and warehouse management systems. Establish a culture of accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Serve as the primary escalation point for critical operational issues and lead resolution strategies. Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure service excellence and long-term partnerships. Requierements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience within distribution, warehousing, fulfillment, or supply chain environments. Proven experience managing multi-site operations and large operational teams. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, labor planning, and operational best practices. Experience implementing operational technologies and warehouse management systems (WMS). Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
