Inside Sales Representative – BVI Medical Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative with strong phone-based communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and distributors remotely. This role combines sales and commercial support activities , contributing to both new business generation and account management while supporting the regional sales team. Key Responsibilities Generate sales through phone calls and direct contact with customers and distributors Follow up on assigned accounts and business opportunities Support the sales team with pricing, quotations, and account setup Monitor orders, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction Participate in sales initiatives with defined targets Track activities and results in systems such as Salesforce Ensure compliance with commercial and distribution policies Candidate Profile Results-oriented and driven by targets Strong phone communication skills with the ability to build relationships Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities Proactive with sound judgment when escalating issues Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or commercial support (preferably B2B) Experience in the medical or regulated industry (preferred) Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Bilingual English-Spanish (required) Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with medical devices or operating-room products Knowledge of pricing, contracts, or commercial processes Basic understanding of distribution compliance concepts (e.g., gray market)
