About The Role As a Manager, Commodity Management & Sourcing, you will lead the strategic sourcing and category management efforts for assigned procurement categories, driving value creation through cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supply continuity. This role has a direct impact on business performance by partnering with cross‑functional teams to align procurement strategies with operational, financial, and engineering priorities. Key Responsibilities Driving the execution of the regional category strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives Leading the Category Operating Team, coordinating with key stakeholders and driving measurable results Owning Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), including YoY productivity improvements, DPO/WAPT optimization, platform‑based cost reductions, and proactive raw material cost management Managing and continuously improving spend under contract for the assigned category Strengthening supply base resiliency through risk assessments, multi‑source qualification, and geopolitical risk mitigation strategies Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to lead the strategic management of assigned procurement categories by developing effective sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and delivering measurable value. The role partners closely with Operations, Finance, and Engineering to ensure procurement strategies fully support business priorities.
