Monterrrey, NL Responsibilities Business Development – Drive territory growth by identifying and prospecting new customers, expanding market share, negotiating trade agreements, and consistently meeting sales targets in both value and unit volume. Account Management – Evaluate customer potential and needs to develop tailored growth plans, coordinate internal marketing and training support, and monitor performance with ongoing strategy adjustments. Planning and Analysis – Generate and analyze sales reports (sell‑in/sell‑out), identify growth opportunities, assess customer trends, and manage quarterly forecasts and pipeline activity. Relationship and Positioning – Build long‑term, trust‑based client relationships while representing the company professionally through business engagements, events, and the promotion of strategic initiatives and campaigns. Compliance and Values – Ensure adherence to commercial policies, pricing and discount structures, and uphold the company’s code of ethics in all business activities. About You Bachelor’s degree in economic‑administrative areas, health sciences, marketing or related fields. 2–3 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in the healthcare and medical device sector. Diploma or courses in consultative sales, strategic negotiation, basic financial analysis, or key account management. Knowledge of the healthcare sector or medical devices and training in business data analysis is preferred. Required: results‑oriented with strong analytical ability to interpret reports and drive decisions, skilled in strategic territory planning, structured negotiation, effective time and priority management, and clear, persuasive communication; Preferred: long‑term strategic thinking, growth mindset, ability to influence decision‑making, a consultative client‑ and end‑user‑focused approach, and strong emotional resilience under pressure and rejection. Basic English required; intermediate English preferred. Required: proficiency in intermediate Excel, CRM management, PowerPoint for business presentations, and use of virtual platforms (e.g., Teams or similar); Preferred: advanced Excel skills, SAP management experience, and basic knowledge of data analysis.
