Job Description As a Sales Operations Specialist II, you will contribute to the efficiency of our sales processes and maintain data integrity. This role involves applying specialized knowledge to support sales execution, reporting, and CRM activities. You will independently manage assigned tasks, analyze moderately complex problems within sales operations, and propose solutions while working under general supervision to ensure quality deliverables. Job Duties Provide day‑to‑day operational support to the sales organization, focusing on CRM (Salesforce) activities and data maintenance. Maintain and update sales assignments, territories, and account ownership within established parameters. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and dashboards, contributing to performance tracking efforts. Monitor key sales metrics, identify trends or inconsistencies, and communicate findings. Execute standardized processes within Salesforce, ensuring adherence to defined workflows and data governance standards. Identify data quality issues within sales systems and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution; support the maintenance of process documentation, templates, and standardized workflows. Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on data and reporting needs. Requirements 2–4 years of professional experience in sales support, operations, or a related analytical role. Demonstrated experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Solid understanding of data accuracy principles and process execution. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
