Role Description This is a hybrid and on-site role as a Business Development & Sales Associate based in Mexico City. The role involves identifying business opportunities, generating relationships with potential clients, and developing growth strategies through personalized presentations and consultative customer experiences. Daily responsibilities include: prospecting and generating new leads, organizing and conducting personalized presentations, following up with potential clients, managing business relationships, developing networking and referral-based strategies, as well as closing sales and achieving commercial goals. The role also involves coordinating client meetings, strengthening long-term relationships, providing personalized guidance, and collaborating on strategies focused on business expansion, positioning, and customer experience. In addition, the associate actively participates in leadership, training, and team development processes focused on high performance and continuous growth. Qualifications Ability to perform in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management within goal-oriented environments. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
