We are looking for a Sr. Labor Attorney (Consulting), in our CDMX office or MTY Office. The ideal candidate will have the following: +6 years of experience as a Labor Attorney - Consulting. Provide day-to‑day labor consultancy to clients, including interpretation and application of Mexican labor laws, regulations, and compliance standards. Draft, review, and update employment agreements, internal policies, and labor‑related documentation in alignment with current legal requirements and best practices. Advise clients on employee relations matters such as terminations, disciplinary actions, restructuring processes, and risk mitigation strategies. Strong client service orientation - a "client first" mentality. Ability to develop strong relationships with clients. Good communication skills and ability to build a strong working relationship with various stakeholders or clients. Maturity, gravitas, and emotional intelligence.
