We are looking for an HR Generalist to support the full scope of operational HR activities for our Mexico operations. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth and compliant employee lifecycle experience, including contracts, payroll inputs, onboarding, recruitment, and employee support. You will work closely with Operations, Finance, and regional HR teams, acting as a key point of contact for employees while maintaining strong administrative accuracy and operational efficiency. We are looking for someone proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment. Key Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle process, including contracts, onboarding, employee records, probation evaluations, and offboarding, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with local labor regulations. Payroll & Compliance: Manage payroll-related processes by coordinating attendance, overtime, leave tracking, and payroll inputs, while ensuring compliance with labor law, internal policies, and operational procedures. Employee Support & Communication: Serve as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing day-to-day guidance, resolving HR-related queries, and fostering strong working relationships across the operation. Recruitment & Onboarding: Support recruitment activities for operational roles, coordinating hiring processes, candidate communication, and onboarding to ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience. Training & Development: Coordinate mandatory trainings and support regional development initiatives, while maintaining accurate training records and monitoring completion and compliance levels. Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports related to headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment metrics, helping management identify trends and support decision-making. Requirements 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role. Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR administrative processes. Experience managing payroll inputs and employee documentation. Experience using HRIS platforms is desirable. Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR reporting/data analysis are preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
