We are looking for a Supplier Management Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will support suppliers across North America by helping them navigate procurement systems, resolving operational issues, managing reporting requests, and ensuring an excellent supplier experience. What you’ll do: Support supplier onboarding and connectivity in procurement platforms Train suppliers on portal tools and invoicing processes Provide Tier 1 support and ticket triage for procurement-related requests Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Procurement and Operations Support reporting activities and data validation Help drive process efficiency and high service levels What we’re looking for: Advanced English level (daily interaction with US & Canada teams) 6 months to 1 year of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Business Operations, Finance, or related areas Strong communication and analytical skills Experience with Excel is highly valued Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, SRM, or sourcing/procurement tools is a plus.
