Job Summary Mid-level Scrum Master / Project Manager (Hybrid Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico) – Full‑time. This role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with hands‑on Project Management activities to support Agile delivery execution, project coordination, and operational alignment across technology teams. Key Responsibilities Scrum Master Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand‑Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Grooming Support Agile best practices and continuous improvement Remove impediments and coordinate issue resolution with technical and business teams Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics Promote collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement Assist Product Owners in backlog prioritization and sprint readiness Project Management Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and execution tracking Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports Coordinate activities across development, QA, infrastructure, business, and vendor teams Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide status updates to leadership Support resource planning and capacity tracking Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated Monitor scope, schedule, and delivery commitments Assist with release coordination and deployment planning Delivery Coordination Support execution of Agile and hybrid delivery models Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery Escalate delivery concerns and drive resolution Track KPIs related to sprint health, delivery timelines, and team performance Collaborate with architects, developers, QA engineers, and Product Owners to ensure delivery quality Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field 4–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar Agile delivery role Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Experience managing technology projects in Agile or hybrid environments Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and multiple workstreams Technical & Tool Experience Jira Confluence Azure DevOps Microsoft Project or Smartsheet Microsoft Office Suite Agile reporting and dashboard management Preferred Skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities in fast‑paced environments Basic understanding of release management and change management processes Preferred Certifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSMI) PMI‑ACP CAPM or PMP (preferred) Success Metrics Sprint and project delivery performance Timely completion of milestones and deliverables Stakeholder communication effectiveness Reduction of delivery blockers and project risks Team collaboration and Agile adoption Accuracy of project tracking and reporting Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a collaborative, execution‑focused professional who can balance Agile team facilitation with structured project‑management responsibilities.
