As s Specialist in Business Systems Support team, you will play a pivotal role in modeling business processes and designing solutions to meet our organization's requirements. You will work closely with end users, functional teams, and process owners to define, design, implement, as well as develop Oracle applications, the ServiceNow catalog services, and other business-related applications within the scope of the Business Systems Support team. Experience Required Over 3 years of experience in collecting and validating business requirements on how and why. Conducting functional testing and supporting user testing for system enhancements More than 3 years of experience in international projects. ( is a must) Proven experience in working as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and individual contributor. Strong experience in using shared work tools. Good understanding of financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R). Solid knowledge of the project life cycle and the roles of project participants. System Troubleshooting: Ability to provide hands-on support and troubleshoot system issues reported globally. Data Structures and Systems: Verifying the feasibility of business users' requests based on existing technical systems and data structures. Experience in maintenance of Oracle Finance Applications/Service Now(nice to have) Ability to work independently without supervision. Ability to set priorities based on business requirements and manager's guidelines. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Collaboration: Ability to collaborating with cross-functional teams. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to take ownership for addressing problems.
