The People Analytics Senior Associate plays a key role in supporting the firm’s Human Resources function by ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across HR systems and reports. This position provides analytical support to HR leadership and stakeholders, enabling data‑driven decision‑making in a fast‑paced, highly professional environment. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely recording, maintenance, and validation of employee data across Human Resources Systems. Perform data analysis and reporting to support operational and strategic HR initiatives. Design, develop, and maintain standard and ad‑hoc HR reports and dashboards. Monitor, analyze, and follow up on HR related incidents and data discrepancies. Manage and analyze workforce metrics, including headcount, turnover, and occupancy. Support the administration, consolidation, and analysis of organizational climate surveys and performance evaluation data. Upload, validate, and maintain employee data within Workday, ensuring compliance with internal controls and data governance standards. Collaborate closely with HR teams and business stakeholders to provide accurate insights and support decision‑making across the firm. Effectively communicate complex data insights and HR analytics to stakeholders at various organizational levels, providing clear high‑level overviews and demonstrating strong business acumen to support informed decision‑making. What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Intelligence or related fields (with focus on HR Operations or Analytics). Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and database management. Demonstrated experience supporting Human Resources processes in a corporate or professional services environment with a solid understanding of HR metrics, workforce planning, and talent analytics. Proficient in People Analytics tools and data visualization (e.g. Power BI, Excel) to generate actionable insights. Knowledge and practical application of Artificial Intelligence tools for data analysis and reporting. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
