Responsibilities Lead OE activities (PPAP, engineering changes, clean points) Ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements (D-TLD, CQI-30, etc.) Support OE Claim Management and represent Pirelli with OEM customers in Mexico Coordinate SQEs and cross‑functional teams for audits and customer visits Drive product quality, problem‑solving, and customer satisfaction Collaborate with global stakeholders (Tech Accounts, GTA, OE Quality, HQ) Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or related) 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering within the automotive/OE industry Knowledge of PPAP, CSR, audits, and OEM requirements Experience working with cross‑functional teams and customers Advanced English communication skills Key Skills Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking Excellent communication and stakeholder management Customer-oriented mindset Ability to work in a dynamic environment Leadership and coordination skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
