About the Role Established HR Technology professional who assembles, reviews, and analyzes HR Technology requirements. Conducts analysis and participates in audits and projects. Key Responsibilities Manages components of HR Technology strategy for an assigned initiative, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and compliance. Understands, interprets and explains program operations and addresses questions from employees, other HR professionals. Compiles and conducts analysis of current HR Technology and makes recommendations for improvement. Manages, analyzes, and maintains data associated with HR Technology program delivery and cost. Addresses questions from employees and other HR professionals using tools or resources to resolve issues, partnering with applicable vendors or HR specialists when necessary. Minimum Requirements Theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience. Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems, with the ability to make enhancements and leverage them in daily work. University Degree or equivalent.
