This role will oversee a distributed team across multiple regions and drive the implementation of AI-powered automation solutions to significantly improve operational efficiency and accelerate business outcome s.The ideal candidate will bring strong experience leading global programs, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives within cloud, SaaS, or enterprise technology environment s.Key Responsibilit iesProgram Governance & Deli veryLead the overall execution, governance, and optimization of a global marketplace operations prog ram.Drive a phased, data-driven transformation strategy across US, EMEA, and APAC regi ons.Ensure successful delivery of program milestones, timelines, and business objecti ves.Global Operations Leader shipOversee an 18-person cross-functional team distributed across multiple regi ons.Manage the transition of operational functions across global delivery h ubs.Coordinate activities related to onboarding, solution validation, and catalog managem ent.AI Transformation & Automa tionLead the deployment and adoption of AI-driven automation soluti ons.Partner with Architects, Data Analysts, Business Intelligence teams, and executive stakehold ers.Drive process reengineering initiatives focused on reducing manual effort and improving operational efficie ncy.Stakeholder Manage mentAlign priorities across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leaders hip.Act as the primary point of coordination between internal leadership teams and external partn ers.Provide executive-level reporting and strategic recommendati ons.KPI & Performance Manage mentTrack program performance against key business objecti ves.Drive initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency and accelerating marketplace onboarding proces ses.Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to measure succ ess.Qualifica tions10–15 years of experience managing large-scale global pro grams.Proven experience leading transformation initiatives within cloud computing, enterprise SaaS, or large operational organiza tions.Strong background in Program Management Office (PMO) leadership and gover nance.Experience managing geographically distributed teams across multiple re gions.Expertise in Agile methodologies, process optimization, and digital transform ation.Experience implementing automation strategies and AI-driven operational improve ments.Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management s kills.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabil ities.Preferred Qualifi cationsPMP, PgMP, or equivalent Program Management certifi working with global organizations across North America, EMEA, a nd APAC.Experience leading operational modernization programs involving AI, automation, or workflow transfo in cloud platforms, marketplace ecosystems, or enterprise technology ope rations.
