Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the operational governance, administration, and support of critical manufacturing and enterprise applications, including SAP MII, Shopfloors, local applications, etc. Accountable for the end‑to‑end management and resolution of P1 to P4 incidents, ensuring thorough root cause analysis, remediation, validation, and controlled closure within ServiceNow in alignment with ITIL practices. Act as a key participant in major incident management processes, collaborating with global Applications and Infrastructure teams to drive timely resolution, mitigate business impact, and ensure stakeholder communication. Ensure operational stability, availability, and business continuity of critical systems through proactive monitoring, incident prevention strategies, and adherence to support and service excellence standards. Lead coordination with local and regional stakeholders to facilitate change governance, including approval workflows, implementation scheduling, and structured post‑deployment communication aligned with enterprise standards. Oversee the administration and support of .NET applications, Mendix hosted on Windows Server and IIS environments, including management of application pools, services, scheduled jobs, and access/security configurations. Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to the IT systems. Provide operational support for SFTP, ensuring reliable file transfer processes through validation of connectivity, permissions, directory paths, and production data flows. Ensure the stability and performance of backend data processing by monitoring and resolving SQL Server Agent jobs, SSIS packages, and batch processing services critical to manufacturing operations. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including standardized operating procedures, test evidence, and post‑implementation validation records, ensuring compliance with governance and audit requirements. Job Qualifications / Knowledge Requirements Understand object oriented concepts as C# Understand IIS configuration. Understanding of database objects, tables, views, keys, indexes, stored procedures. Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2019, SQL Server Jobs and SSIS Packages. Understanding of software design methodologies. Good organizational skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software. Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages. Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aid. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
