Develop and deliver variance analyses (forecast vs. actual, budget vs. actual). Prepare financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand financial performance and trends. Support preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in reporting. Demonstrate proactivity, strong interpersonal relationships, team play, sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or later. Foundational understanding of financial and accounting principles, with an interest in developing knowledge in corporate finance, financial analysis, and business operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present data effectively. Advanced to fluent English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
