Responsabilidades 80% • Project Management of Trade Shows, Events, and Sponsorships Project manage trade shows, events, and sponsorships to support MSA’s business goals and marketing strategy in all LAR region (80% of role). Lead day‑to‑day management of trade show logistics, including: Coordinating planning meetings and developing timelines. Managing vendor relationships with event organizers, hotels, convention centers, stand builders, and organizations. Managing shipping and set‑up of booth properties and products. Managing corporate booth properties and products used for tradeshows. Selecting and coordinating efforts with vendors. Managing Lead Retrieval System. Coordinating show registration for all MSA attendees. Booking hotel accommodations for MSA guests and attendees. Researching, selecting, and overseeing production of promotional items (e.g., staff shirts, giveaways). Managing schedule, staffing, and fielding questions. Communicating plans, updates, and progress to booth team and show attendees. Managing budget, including pre‑ and post‑show reports. Developing pre‑event training agendas for event workers, working cross‑functionally to create training content. Attending events as required to support with event setup, execution, and wrap‑up, acting as the main point of contact for all other MSA attendees. Assisting with facility tours, as required, for key customer accounts or visits. Working with Regional MarCom Manager and Events Lead on final LAR events calendar. Supporting coordination of final event including promotional activities to ensure they are completed correctly and on time. Handle 20% Travel as necessary to key marketing events to ensure success. Accept weekends and after‑hour expectations as required, in relation to show hours and planning. Daily management and reporting of event budget. 20% • Branded Apparel and Promotional Items Coordination Vendor Management: coordinate business needs, request quotes, review pricing, ensure quality standards, manage order timeline and shipping logistics. Brand Consistency: ensure merchandise follows brand guidelines, review and approve product mock‑ups and samples. Inventory Management: track stock levels of existing items, reorder when supplies are low, coordinate fulfillment logistics. Budgets: provide reports and feedback on usage and inventory depletion. For large or custom apparel or promotional item orders, work with vendor partner on behalf of all MSA departments on proposals, product selections, design, and delivery. Requisitos Experience (required) 3+ years of marketing events experience. Demonstrated strong project management and organisational skills across trade shows, virtual events, or event management in Latin America. Skills - Excellent organisation and multi‑tasking skills.- Extremely deadline‑ and detail‑oriented; able to track, handle, and maintain multiple projects at once.- Self‑starter who takes charge and operates hands‑on.- Ability to work within a fast‑paced team environment. Experience (preferred) - Ability to work with diverse personalities, backgrounds, and experience levels.- Experience in marketing communications. Technical skills - Solid personal computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Marketo.
