LATAM Human Resources Service Delivery Sr. Manager The Sr. Manager, HR Shared Services - LATAM, is responsible for leading and managing the HR Shared Services function across LATAM countries. This role oversees a team providing centralized HR operations support throughout the employee lifecycle—from onboarding and offboarding to ongoing HR processes. The position ensures excellence in HR Service Delivery, compliance, process optimization, and acts as a key partner for the broader HR Shared Service Organization. Key Responsibilities: Drive execution of the LATAM HR Shared Services model aligned with global standards and local requirements. Lead service delivery for HR transactions across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting support, onboarding, job changes, terminations, leave management, and position management, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. Ensure all services meet defined service level agreements (SLAs), focusing on efficiency, compliance, and employee experience. Develop, monitor, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and documentation in partnership with the HR Shared Services Operational Excellence Manager. Manage shared services support functions such as interview scheduling, background checks, applicant tracking system support, and candidate/end-user support. Ensure seamless and compliant onboarding and offboarding experiences. Provide data, documentation, and administrative support to HR Centers of Excellence. Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and audit standards. Manage sensitive information with confidentiality, in accordance with legal and company standards. Promote a client-service-oriented mindset within the HRSS team and serve as an escalation point for issues. Deliver a responsive client experience that respects LATAM business customs and expectations, balancing global consistency with local relevance. Act as a trusted partner to HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, business leaders, and other teams across the region. Implement feedback mechanisms and satisfaction surveys to monitor and improve the service experience. Lead and develop a high-performing HRSS team, including goal setting, coaching, performance management, and professional development. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, collaboration, and accountability. Partner with Global HRSS to implement system enhancements, workflow improvements, and digital tools. Support change management initiatives and communication strategies for new processes or systems affecting the region. Experience: Experience leading HR service delivery in the multi-country LATAM region. Proficiency with HR technology platforms (SAP, HCM & SuccessFactors) and service management tools (Salesforce). Ability to manage cross-functional relationships, complex workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance in HR operations. Skills: Ability to manage HR communications and documentation in multiple languages with cultural sensitivity. Strong leadership and team-building skills.
