How You Will Contribute Analyze and derive value from data using mathematics, statistics, computer science, machine learning, and data visualization, formulating hypotheses and testing them. Understand business challenges, create actionable insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Enable data‑driven decision making by creating custom models, prototypes, and underscoring implications; coordinate with technical/functional teams to implement models and monitor results. Apply mathematical, statistical, predictive‑modeling or machine‑learning techniques, selecting and integrating data for analysis, training and evaluating analytics models, and iterating with additional data. Develop processes, techniques, and tools to analyze and monitor model performance while ensuring data accuracy. Evaluate analytics needs, assess problems, and choose appropriate techniques to generate insights and support decision making. Contribute to exploration and experimentation in data visualization, manage reviews of analytics benefits, and recommend improvements. What You Bring Strong quantitative skillset with experience in statistics and linear algebra. Natural inclination toward solving complex problems. Knowledge of statistical programming languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to process data and gain insights. Knowledge of machine‑learning techniques (decision trees, clustering, neural networks, etc.) and their pros and cons. Experience with advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, distribution properties, statistical testing, etc.). Good communication skills for cross‑team collaboration. Programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, C, C++, etc. Experience in statistics and data mining techniques (random forest, GLM, social network analysis, text mining, etc.) and ability to use data‑visualization tools. Education / Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Demonstrable experience in data science, including design, development, and implementation of machine‑learning models. Strong knowledge and experience in systems integration with data‑science solutions. Proven ability to interpret data and analytical results. Excellent capability to translate technical concepts to business and communicate insights effectively. Experience in storytelling with data, presenting compelling findings to non‑technical stakeholders. Familiarity with collaborating and working closely with back‑office areas. Proficiency in Python or R and relevant libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy). Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, and Big‑Data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
