Description Amazone Mexico's Consumables Retail team is looking for a data driven, customer‑obsessed, hands on and creative candidate to join our team. As a Vendor Specialist, you’ll own selected brands to help drive growth and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience on Amazon.com.mx, while facilitating strong business relationships with some of Amazon's highest visibility brands. You’ll be responsible for looking after the brands’ product portfolio, contributing to improvements in the user experience for customers and creating detailed weekly reports on performance. You’ll lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and act as the main point of contact for them. You will also provide support to drive business growth through detailed analysis of business inefficiencies, identifying solutions, proposing changes to operational processes, driving a high standard in customer satisfaction, ensuring high‑quality product detail pages, and making recommendations for effective marketing campaigns. Key job responsibilities Vendor management: help grow selection of products to sell on Amazon, onboarding new vendors, identifying and resolving pricing issues. Online marketing: improve product page data, develop marketing and merchandising plans, improve customer experience onsite, and help generate traffic and sales. In‑stock management: track purchase orders, investigate late deliveries, resolve order rejections, and work with vendors on PO automation. Basic Qualifications Speak, write, and read fluently in English. 1+ years of account management, project or program management, or buying experience. Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML. +1 YOE using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML. Bachelor's Degree.
