Position Failure Analysis Engineer 1 Education Electronic Engineering, Mecatronics or related field Language Proficiency English 85% required; basic understanding as English 70% minimum. Technical Knowledge Electronics processes, Radio Frequency, Optical Networks , and quality knowledge. Experience in electronic repair processes and telecommunications projects. Basic understanding of English technical documentation and conference participation. Balance and capacity analysis, knowledge of optical fibers, solderability process, medium or high level of Excel or Google Sheets, and handling measuring equipment such as multimeter, oscilloscope, LCR, and spectrum analyzer. Fault definition methods. Key Responsibilities Leader: proactive, work under pressure, teamwork, high level of analysis, schedule availability. Project leader: participate in NPI, capacity analysis, supervise technicians, attend CIT meetings, participate in improvement projects (Kaizen, 6sigma), contact customers for technical issues, critical debug of high aging units, debug highly complex products, daily internal communication, generate FAR documents, and support diagnostic technicians. #J-18808-Ljbffr
