Title: System Engineer Location: Mexico City, MX Department: Field Service Reports To: Operations Manager About the Role We are seeking a System Engineer dedicated to supporting business operations services focusing on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Parking Logic Systems and People Access Systems. The System Engineer will ensure the highest quality of service delivery, support project implementation, and provide technical expertise to both internal teams and customers. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and implement Parking Logic Systems and People Access Systems. Organize installation schedules with customers and coordinate necessary materials with logistics. Deploy and configure hardware, software, and network devices. Provide preventive and corrective maintenance for parking management systems. Deliver first-level support via helpdesk, phone, or on-site; escalate to second-level support at headquarters when needed. Support customers with consultation on services delivered and implement change requests or new features as defined by Project Management. Conduct training for customer key users on-site. Maintain customer relationships and contribute to service sales opportunities. Actively participate in optimizing processes within the IT Applications and Field Service teams. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in technical service within automation, electrical systems, access control, or CCTV. Proven expertise in IT and network systems. Experience with pipeline installations and cabling infrastructure. Technical knowledge of Microsoft SQL (PMI or IPMA project management certification is a plus). Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills. Excellent planning and organizational abilities; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Solid understanding of operational processes, especially service operations, installations, and project management. Ability to define IT requirements for effective implementation of processes, new projects, and services. Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills. High adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to travel (up to 80% travel required). Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and proactive attitude. Languages Proficiency in English (required).
