This position is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and communication between tenants, property managers, and property owners. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and property managers regarding maintenance-related issues. Receive, assess, and prioritize maintenance requests through our management system. Communicate directly with tenants and vendors via email, text, and phone calls to schedule and confirm appointments. Follow up on open work orders to ensure timely completion and quality service. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and communications. Support the team with reporting, scheduling, and documentation related to maintenance operations. Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional, solution-oriented manner. Requirements Advanced English (spoken and written). Excellent communication skills, especially by phone and email. Experience in property management, facilities coordination, or similar roles (preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Proven problem-solving and time management skills. Ability to remain calm, professional, and proactive under pressure.
