The Mission TaskUs is looking for detail-oriented individuals to help train AI models to accurately recognize and generate SignWriting symbols. Your expertise will directly impact the quality of visual-manual language technology. Ultimate Flexibility Work at Your Own Pace: There are no set shifts or deadlines for daily tasks. You decide when you start and when you finish. No Hour Limits: There is no minimum number of hours required to keep the role, and no maximum cap on how much you can work. If you have a free afternoon, you can scale up; if you’re busy, you can scale back. Your Responsibilities Labeling & Correction: Review AI-generated SignWriting scripts and correct errors in handshapes, movement, and spatial orientation. Fluency Assessment: Use your knowledge of SignWriting to ensure the AI's output remains linguistically natural. Documentation: Briefly explain why certain corrections were made to help the model learn faster. Requirements SignWriting Literacy: You must be comfortable reading and writing SignWriting. We welcome all levels of fluency, though higher proficiency will be prioritized for complex tasks. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using basic web-based tools and navigating a PayPal account for weekly payments. Communication: Ability to provide clear, written feedback in English.
