Responsibilities Assist in managing and publishing TikTok content Coordinate video materials with editors Track performance metrics (views, retention, conversions) Support livestream preparation and product briefing Prepare weekly performance reports Monitor competitor accounts Qualifications Familiar with TikTok platform Interest in beauty or e-commerce Basic understanding of performance metrics Fluent Spanish & English preferred Strong execution and learning ability. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, solve problems effectively, and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
