Responsibilities Should have experience on HCMon end-to-end Fusion HCM support/enhancement projects. Responsible to lead the overall solution from Oracle Fusion HCM functional perspective for complex projects. Should have good business, subject and consulting experience on Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Global Core HR, Absence Management, Recruiting,Payroll and good knowledge on other modules such as Time & Labor, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning, Help Desk Ability to lead design sessions with clients. Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment Should have delivered complex business solutions with client facing experience, and should be able to troubleshoot and provide solutions for user issues. Should be able to coordinate end to end testing cycles. Good experience in working with tech team on Integrations, HCM extracts, HDL, data conversion. Having Certification on any Oracle HCM Cloud modules is an added advantage. Excellent Communication Skills – Mandatory. Healthcare provider background , nice to have with good understanding on Health Systems, Clinical Operations etc., Qualifications Mandatory Skills: Oracle Financials Cloud - General Ledger.
