Team Overview As CKA BDM (Hunter) at DiDi Food, you’ll lead a team to acquire top restaurant brands, break exclusivities, and drive national growth. You’ll design winning strategies, coach high-performing talent, and build lasting partnerships—playing a key role in expanding our brand portfolio and market leadership Role Responsibilities Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Hunters, fostering a high-performance. Drive Growth: Build and execute robust acquisition plans city by city, identifying opportunities aligned with business priorities and category strategies. Seal the Deal: Build compelling commercial offers, negotiate effectively, and close deals with decision-makers. Partner for the Long-Term: Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key partners, ensuring a win-win approach and long-term collaboration. Launch New Brands: Lead the first 90 days of brand onboarding, ensuring smooth integration across commercial, promotional, and operational touchpoints. Own the Territory: Prioritize key opportunities, implement local action plans, and mobilize internal resources to exceed performance targets. Role Qualifications Strategic & Analytical: Data-savvy, results-driven thinker with strong ability to analyze KPIs and turn insights into action. Sales-Obsessed: You love winning and thrive on exceeding aggressive sales targets. Hands-On Leader: You lead from the front—setting the bar high and supporting your team to reach it. Strong Communicator: You’re persuasive, clear, and confident when engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Fast-Moving & Resilient: Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities. Bachelor's degree or higher. Fluent in both English and Spanish. 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development. 3+ years of experience managing sales or acquisition teams. Track record of overachieving KPIs in a fast-paced environment. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using data to drive decisions and team performance.
