As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing complex customer orders and providing comprehensive support to field sales, manufacturing plants, and external customers. This role requires a strong customer focus, business acumen, and technical aptitude to ensure efficient order processing and issue resolution in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Role Responsibilities Process complex and technical customer orders, including order changes and updates on time. Coordinate communication between customers, sales teams, and manufacturing plants to ensure accurate execution. Manage orders in high‑complexity environments (multi‑country, multi‑currency, multi‑language). Coordinate shipments, invoices, and export‑related activities. Monitor backlog and late orders, including escalations and proactive communication. Investigate and resolve issues related to shipping, billing, and customer service. Participate in return authorizations, invoice adjustments, and warranty claims. Prioritize workload across multiple systems and cross‑functional teams. Provide professional customer support via phone and digital channels. Support team development through guidance, coaching, and training. Qualifications Previous customer‑service experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution. Strong organizational skills and attention to data accuracy. Associate’s degree or engineering background. Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency. Professional customer‑service experience (preferred). Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to adapt and perform under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to exercise independent judgment and follow through on assigned work. Strong analytical and numerical aptitude. Employment Terms Temporal contract to cover maternity leave.
