We seek an Enterprise Technical Owner for our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform to ensure scalability, security, and integration as our single system of record for contracts. Role Purpose Serve as the enterprise technical owner for Corning’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and integrated as Corning’s single system of record for contracts. Key Responsibilities Balance enterprise standardization with regional/legal‑entity flexibility. Prevent over‑customization that would slow future waves. Ensure high‑quality migration of approximately 30,000 legacy contracts. Coordinate cross‑functional dependencies (Legal, IT Security, Commercial, GSM). Establish and protect the technical foundation so CLM can scale beyond Wave 1 and support all contract types globally, including architecture, integrations, data model, migration patterns, and security posture. Collaborate closely with the Accenture delivery team and Corning Legal/IT stakeholders. Experiences / Education - Required Enterprise SaaS solution architecture experience. Strong integration architecture background (SSO, eSignature; DocuSign preferred). Data modeling and metadata strategy experience. Large‑scale system or document migration experience, including validation and reconciliation. Ability to operate in a product‑centric, agile delivery model. Experiences / Education - Desired Prior CLM or Icertis platform experience. Experience with global template/language rollouts. Familiarity with AI‑assisted data extraction or document analysis tools.
