The Residence Manager serves as the primary liaison between owners, residents, and the various operational departments of SHA, fostering an exclusive, efficient, and detail-oriented experience while ensuring the proper operation of residences in accordance with the brand's luxury, wellness, and quality standards. Additionally, this role is responsible for leading the assigned team, coordinating personalized services, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the hospitality philosophy and holistic wellness approach of SHA Mexico. Responsibilities Efficient management and operation of residential properties, ensuring owner satisfaction, property maintenance, and financial performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and residents, ensuring close, professional, and efficient communication. Manage special requests, incidents, and requirements from residents and guests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. Oversee the physical, functional, and aesthetic condition of residences, ensuring high standards of maintenance and presentation. Facilitate and follow up on leasing processes, renewals, and contract terminations, ensuring efficient management aligned with established policies and standards. Conduct property visits with contractors and vendors, ensure access is properly logged, and always accompany external personnel to guarantee security and compliance. Review owners' monthly statements, ensuring accuracy, correcting discrepancies, and validating utilities in accordance with visits and consumption records. Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation related to the residences under management, including insurance policies, contracts, and other relevant records. Coordinate and oversee residential services, including housekeeping, maintenance, concierge, and personalized guest assistance. Lead, develop, and supervise the residential team, fostering a culture of excellence and service. Monitor inventories, supplies, and resources required for the efficient operation of residences. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, confidentiality protocols, and operational standards established by SHA Mexico. Prepare operational reports, incident follow-ups, and resident and guest satisfaction metrics. Manage and charge any additional owner requests to the corresponding accounts, ensuring proper administrative control and follow-up. Interpret Profit & Loss statements (P& L) and conduct financial analysis in collaboration with ownership and the Finance team, focusing on budget control, profitability, and operational decision‑making. Participate in condominium/homeowners' association meetings, preparing, coordinating, or following up on agreements with owners, committees, and governing bodies to ensure effective communication and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Residence Manager or Property Manager within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of property management principles and best practices. Excellent financial and accounting acumen, with a demonstrated track record in budget management and cost control. High level of professionalism and integrity. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
