Role: Spa Receptionist The Spa Receptionist greets, accommodates, and facilitates guest interactions in the spa, ensuring a seamless and hospitable experience from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities Greet, accommodate, and facilitate guest arrivals and departures in the spa. Arrange spa appointments while maintaining a friendly and efficient service. Respond to all interactions in a courteous, professional manner to achieve maximum guest satisfaction. Comply with all Four Seasons policies, procedures, and standards. Knowledge and Skills High school education or equivalent experience. Minimum six months of hotel or spa experience, preferably in a high‑end/luxury market. Proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking). Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of a spa operating system such as Book4Time is preferred.
