Our Shared Services team in Monterrey, NL plays a critical role in supporting ZF’s global operations by delivering high-quality finance and accounting services with a strong focus on compliance, transparency, and continuous improvement. The team works closely with regional and corporate stakeholders, audit partners, and operating units to ensure robust internal controls and a strong control culture across the organization. What you can look forward to as Internal Controls Coordinator: Monitor and ensure compliance with Corporate Internal Control System (ICS) policies and standards. Implement, maintain, and continuously improve IC procedures within the Shared Services Center. Train and support Accounting teams (AP, AR, GL) on IC requirements and control execution. Coordinate and manage internal control testing, including design and operating effectiveness testing. Act as the main point of contact for Internal and External Audit teams regarding IC matters. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual IC reporting packages for headquarters. Identify control gaps, assess risks, and drive remediation plans in cooperation with stakeholders. Promote a strong internal control culture and support continuous compliance awareness. Your Profile as Internal Controls Coordinator: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, including 2–4 years in GL and Tax Strong knowledge of MX and US GAAP and IFRS Proven experience with internal controls, audits, and compliance frameworks Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SAP/QAD knowledge preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and facilitation skills High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a proactive, organized work style Bilingual (Spanish/English) with high verbal and written fluency (80–90%) #J-18808-Ljbffr
