Principal Duties And Responsibilities Build governance tools and reports to properly identify departmental issues and share them with the team leader and the manager. Design and present to the team leader and the manager the measurement indicators necessary to evaluate the department's performance and manage deadlines. Analyze the overall supplier portfolio and provide recommendations. Diagnose and take ownership of problem resolution related to departmental efficiency. Actively participate in the period-end closing process by preparing reconciliations and analysis of assigned accounts. Prepare financial projections and budget for accounts payable and cash outflow. Perform and maintain SOX internal controls and set up an internal testing system. Coordinate the requirements and requests of internal and external auditors. Your Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance option. Accounting designation. A minimum of three to five (3 to 5) years of relevant experience. Thorough knowledge of SAP is an important asset. Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems and databases. Thorough knowledge of .xls software. Ability to analyze and synthesize. Autonomy, initiative, and team spirit. Organization, planning, and priority management.
