Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned Plant Manager to lead and manage the operations of our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal production performance, safety, quality, and cost‑efficiency in alignment with Johnson Controls’ strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of plant operations including production, maintenance, materials, and logistics. Develop and implement operational plans to meet production schedules and business objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety. Manage and develop plant personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support new product introductions and process improvements. Monitor and control plant budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost control. Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience working in fast‑paced and complex manufacturing environments. Proficiency in English is required. Relevant industry certifications are a plus. Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills. Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean methodologies. Strategic thinking with the ability to execute operational plans.
